Emotional well-being is just as important as physical well-being. I offer the space and time to look at what is bothering you and help you to explore what decisions and choices you would like to make in your life.

My core approach is Person-Centred. However, I do offer emotional regulation techniques, breathwork, meditation, and a somatic approach which can be helpful with stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

 

Couples may want to look at issues and difficulties in their relationship, explore blocks to communication, growing apart, and overcoming betrayal, or infidelity. I offer the space for you both to explore, share, be listened to, and work through your issues together.
