My approach to counselling is person-centred and is client-directed and underpinned by facilitating an empathic, authentic and healing environment.
Counselling is a safe and non-judgemental space in which to explore any issues that may emerge in the process.
I am a qualified Person-Centred counsellor and a Registered Member of the BACP (MBACP).
I worked for Wycombe Counselling Service/Bucks Mind for fourteen years. I also worked in the NHS as a nurse for over thirty years and have experience in providing counselling in an NHS setting.
I now have a private practice based in North Norfolk near Sheringham. I offer face-to-face counselling and also online counselling via zoom.
Please email or message me for a free twenty-minute telephone or in-person consultation.
There is no disabled access but there is a bus service and parking.
